现阶段心身疾病诊断及防治研究

Study on the diagnosis,prevention and treatment at the present stage of psychosomatic disease

心身疾病与躯体疾病均具有躯体症状,躯体症状均因明确的器质性病理过程导致,不同之处在于病因上。心理因素是心身疾病发生、发展及转归的重要诱因,一般躯体疾病不具备这一特点,心身疾病、精神疾病的发病均与心理社会因素息息相关。随着科技现代化及工业化的飞速发展,人们生活及工作节奏不断加快,竞争意识和矛盾冲突加剧,导致人们出现心理紧张,必然对身体健康产生影响,引起心身疾病的发生、发展。本文对现阶段心身疾病诊断及防治措施进行综述,为心身疾病的临床诊疗提供参考。

Psychosomatic diseases and somatic diseases all have physical symptoms,physical symptoms are caused by clear organic pathological process,the difference is on the cause.Psychological factor is an important cause of occurrence,development and prognosis in psychosomatic disease,general somatic diseases do not have this characteristic,the incidence of psychosomatic disease,mental disorders are closely related with the psychological and social factors.With the rapid development of modernization and industrialization of science and technology,people''s living and working rhythm speed up unceasingly,the sense of competition and conflicts increase,these cause people to appear the psychological tension,and have inevitable impact on health, cause the occurrence,development of psychosomatic diseases.This paper reviews the diagnosis,prevention and treatment countermeasures at the present stage of psychosomatic disease to provide the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic disease.
