摘要
目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常的临床效果。方法:2010年3月-2013年3月收治心衰合并心律失常患者94例,给予胺碘酮治疗,观察胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常的临床疗效和治疗的安全性。结果:治疗后,所有患者舒张压、收缩压明显上升,心功能显著改善,心室率下降,临床治疗效果显著。结论:在心衰合并心律失常治疗中,给予患者胺碘酮,能显著改善临床症状,提升其心功能,且无不良反应,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia. Methods:94 patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmia were selected from March 2010 to March 2013.They were given amiodarone treatment.We observed the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly increased in all patients.The cardiac function was significantly improved.Ventricular rate was declined. The clinical treatment effect was remarkable.Conclusion:In the treatment of heart failure combined with arrhythmia,using amiodarone treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve heart function,and there was no adverse clinical reactions.It was worthy of promotion in clinical treatment and application.
