摘要
目的:探讨初发2型糖尿病的强化治疗对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:2012年3月-2014年3月收治初发2型糖尿病患者100例,患者均采用胰岛素强化治疗,疗程3个月,对患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)以及血浆胰岛素、C肽水平等进行测定,并根据测定结果计算胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗后患者的FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c均有了明显的下降,HOMA-β、HOMA-IR以及血浆胰岛素、C肽水平有了明显的升高,与治疗前相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化治疗应用于初发2型糖尿病的治疗中能够有效改善胰岛β细胞分泌功能,建议在临床上推广使用。
Objective:To explore the influence of intensive treatment on pancreatic islet beta cell function in incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:100 patients with incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from March 2012 to March 2014. Patients were given insulin intensive therapy,treatment for 3 months,before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),plasma insulin,C peptide levels were determined. According to the measured results,we calculated the islet beta cell function index(HOMA-β) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).Results:After treatment,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c were significantly decreased,HOMA-β,HOMA,IR and serum insulin,C peptide levels were significantly elevated,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive treatment in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the secretion function of beta cell of islet,and it was worthy of popularization and application.
