左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床价值分析

Analysis of the clinical value of levothyroxine in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism

目的:讨论左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床治疗价值。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者124例,将其均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗,观察组采用左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,观察组的TSH水平较治疗前明显降低,FT3、FT4较治疗前有显著的升高,对照组的TSH、FT3、FT4和治疗前相比没有显著的变化,而且与观察组相比,对照组的TSH指标比同期观察组的要高。结论:左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的甲状腺功能有比较显著的改善效果,同时还可以促进患者血脂的下降,在临床治疗中价值很高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of levothyroxine in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:124 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with before treatment,in the observation group,the TSH level was significantly lower.FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased.In the control group,TSH,FT3 and FT4 had no obvious change,but compared with the observation group,in the control group,TSH index was relatively high. Conclusion:Levothyroxine had a significant effect on the improvement of thyroid function in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,at the same time,it also can promote the decrease of serum lipid in patients,and it was worth the clinical promotion and application.
