微创术式在腋臭切除术中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of minimally invasive surgery for resection of axillary osmidrosis

目的:探讨微创术式在腋臭切除术中的应用效果。方法:2012年9月-2014年9月收治腋臭患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均做好术前准备,观察组实施微创术式治疗,对照组采用传统梭形皮肤切除术治疗。评定疗效和观察术后并发症情况。结果:观察组治疗后治愈率和有效率之和与对照组的治愈率和有效率之和比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组发生皮下积血1侧,对照组皮下积血2侧,观察组和与对照组无皮肤坏死和感染发生,观察组皮下积血发生率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组瘢痕增生发生率和切口延迟愈合发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创术式在腋臭切除术中治疗效果显著,且术后瘢痕增生发生率低,术后切口愈合好,有美容效果,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the application effect of minimally invasive surgery for resection of axillary osmidrosis.Methods:100 patients with axillary osmidrosis were selected from September 2012 to September 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Two groups of patients were given perfect preoperative preparation.The observation group was given minimally invasive surgical treatment,and the control group was given conventional fusiform excision of the skin.We compared the efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:After treatment,we compared the cure rate and effective rate of the two groups,there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).In the observation group,1 side had subcutaneous blood,in the control group,2 side had subcutaneous blood;in the observation group and the control group,there was no skin necrosis and infection.We compared the incidence of subcutaneous blood of the two groups,there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of scar proliferation and delayed wound healing occurred rate were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of minimally invasive surgery for resection of axillary osmidrosis was significant,incidence of scar hyperplasia after operation was low, postoperative wound healing was good.It had the effect of beauty,and it was worthy of promotion.
