重组人促红细胞生成素与铁剂联合治疗早产儿贫血的临床效果

Clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with chalybeate in the treatment of anemia of prematurity

目的:探讨重组人促红细胞生成素与铁剂联合治疗早产儿贫血的临床效果。方法:将74例早产贫血患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各37例,对照组仅给予蛋白琥珀酸亚铁口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上于患儿出生后第2周加用重组人促红细胞生成素(r Hu EPO)联合治疗。结果:观察组接受输血治疗1例(2.70%),对照组接受输血治疗9例(24.32%),组间比较以观察组输血治疗率明显降低(P<0.01);日龄7 d两组患者Hb、Hct、Ret 3项指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而日龄21 d、42 d 3项指标水平组间比较均以观察组升高显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:r Hu EPO与铁剂联合给药对早产儿贫血进行治疗的效果满意,建议将本联合用药方式在临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with chalybeate in the treatment of anemia of prematurity.Methods:74 cases of premature anemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each.Children in the control group only give oral treatment with protein ferrous succinate,while the observation group plus (rHuEPO) combination therapy since the second week after born,based on the treatment of the control group.Results:In the observation group,there was 1 case received blood transfusion therapy(2.70%),while in the control group,9 cases(24.32%) received blood transfusion therapy,and the observation group significantly decreased compared with the control group(P＜0.01);when 7 day old,the level of Hb,Hct and Ret indicators had no statistically significant differences between two groups(P＞0.05),but at age of 21 days and 42 days,those three indexes above in the observation group were significantly increased, and there were statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Recombinant human erythropoietin combined with chalybeate has satisfactory effect in the treatment of anemia of prematurity,so we suggests to combined drug usage in clinical application.
