翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后角巩膜缘溃疡原因分析

Analysis of the reasons on corneoscleral limbus ulcer after excision of pterygium combineded with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation

目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除术后发生角巩膜缘溃疡的原因及其预防、治疗。方法:2012年5月-2014年4月收治行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术术后发生角巩膜缘溃疡患者9例,对其进行追踪观察,并通过局部进行药物治疗。结果:9例患者经药物治疗后病情得到控制,且随访6个月无复发。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后角巩膜缘溃疡的临床原因主要包括感染、手术创伤、术后过早或长期使用糖皮质激素滴眼液及全身性因素等,必须引起足够重视。

Objective:To investigate the causes on corneoscleral limbus ulcer after pterygium excision,and its prevention and treatment.Methods:9 patients whom occurred corneoscleral limbus ulcer after excision of pterygium combineded with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation were selected from May 2012 to April 2014.We took track observation on them,and gave local drug treatment.Results:After the treatment,the disease of those 9 patients were under control,and then followed up for 6 months,there was no one recurrence.Conclusion:The clinical reasons of corneoscleral limbus ulcer after excision of pterygium combineded with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation including infection,operation trauma,use of glucocorticoid eyedrops early or long-term and systemic factors.Those factors must be pay adequate attention.
