血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of application value of blood tests in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia

目的:探讨贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中血液检验的应用价值。方法:2013年5月-2014年5月收治贫血患者122例,参照其贫血类型分为地中海贫血组(n=57)与缺铁性贫血组(n=65),并选取同期接受健康体检的60例健康者作对照组,3组均行血液检验,对比3组血液中的RBC(红细胞计数)、MCV(红细胞平均体积)、RDW(红细胞体积分布宽度)、Hb(血红蛋白)、MCH(红细胞平均血红蛋白量)指标差异。结果:3组经血液检测后的结果显示,对照组与地中海贫血组的Hb、MCH明显高于缺铁性贫血组,但RDW不及缺铁性贫血组;缺铁性贫血组的RBC较之于其他两组高;对照组的MCV、MCH均高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:血液检测中的RBC、MCV、RDW、Hb以及MCH指标可作为贫血与否的诊断依据,且可对不同类型的贫血作出鉴别诊断,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application value of blood tests in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods:122 patients with anemia were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.According to the type of anemia,they were divided into the mediterranean anemia group(n=57) and the iron deficiency anemia group(n=65);at the same time,60 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Three groups were given a blood test.We compared RBC(red blood cell count),MCV(mean corpuscular volume),RDW(red blood cell volume distribution width),Hb(hemoglobin),MCH(mean corpuscular hemoglobin) of the three groups. Results:The blood test results of the three groups showed that,in the control group and the mediterranean anemia group,Hb and MCH were obviously higher than those of the iron deficiency anemia group,but RDW was lower than that of iron deficiency anemia group;in iron deficiency anemia group,RBC was higher than the other two groups;in the control group,MCV and MCH were higher than the other two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the blood tests,RBC,MCV,RDW,Hb and MCH index can be used as diagnostic basis for anemia.They can be used for differential diagnosis of different types of anemia,and the clinical application value is high.
