阴道B超对宫外孕诊断的临床价值

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨宫外孕采取临床B超诊断的效果。方法:2011年8月-2013年11月收治宫外孕患者83例,所有患者均采取临床阴道B超进行诊断,对其临床诊断效果进行分析。结果:83例患者均采取阴道B超检查,其中81例和临床诊断相符,临床诊断准确率97.59%;漏诊1例(1.2%);因卵巢肿瘤误诊为宫外孕1例(1.2%)。结论:宫外孕采取临床B超诊断,可以使临床诊断准确率明显提高,使误诊、漏诊率明显降低,临床操作简便,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy to take.Methods:83 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from August 2011 to November 2013.All patients were diagnosised by clinical vaginal B ultrasound.We analyzed the diagnosis results.Results:83 patients were taken the vagina B ultrasound examination,of which 81 cases matched the clinical diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 97.59% ;1 case was missed diagnosis(1.2% );because of ovarian tumor misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy of 1 case(1.2%).Conclusion:Clinical B ultrasound to diagnose ectopic pregnancy can make the clinical diagnosis accuracy significantly improved,and the misdiagnosis.The missed diagnosis rate are reduced obviously,and the clinical operation is simple and convenient,so it has clinical spread value.
