摘要
目的:探讨Fibro Scan联合多参数模型对肝纤维化、肝硬化的诊断价值。方法:收治肝纤维化患者52例和肝硬化患者27例,检测其AST、ALT、G及PLT水平,计算Fibro Idex、FIB-4及APRI模型值,并进行Fibro Scan检查,评价模型参数与Fibro Scan联合和单独诊断肝纤维化、肝硬化的效能。结果:肝硬化组的APRI、FIB-4、Fibro Index及Fibro Scan均较肝纤维化组显著升高,且组内呈升高趋势,Fibro Scan与3个模型间呈显著相关性(P<0.05);Fibro Scan与多参数模型联合可提高诊断准确率与AUC。结论:Fibro Scan联合多参数模型可提高肝纤维化与肝硬化的诊断准确度。
Objective:To explore the combined diagnosis value of FibroScan and multi parameter model in liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.Methods:52 patients with liver fibrosis and 27 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected.AST,ALT,G and PLT levels were detected to calculate FibroIdex.FIB-4 and APRI model values,FibroScan was examined.We evaluated the efficiency of combined with the parameters and FibroScan model diagnosis and a separate diagnosis for liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.Results:In liver cirrhosis group,compared with the hepatic fibrosis group,APRI,FIB-4,FibroIndex and FibroScan were significantly increased, and within groups showed a rising trend,FibroScan was significantly associated with the three model(P<0.05);the multi parameter model combined with FibroScan can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and AUC.Conclusion:FibroScan combined with multi parameter model can improve the diagnostic accuracy of hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.
