摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在无创呼吸机治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:2012年12月-2013年12月收治接受无创呼吸机治疗的患者150例,随机分为两组,分别实施常规护理和舒适护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:治疗后观察组的呼吸和心率等指标均显著优于对照组,在护理质量方面,观察组各项指标得分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受无创呼吸机治疗的患者实施舒适护理可以获得良好的应用效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care in the treatment of patients with noninvasive ventilator. Methods:150 patients with noninvasive ventilator were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.They were given routine nursing care and comfort care respectively.We compared the effect of nursing care.Results:After the treatment,in the observation group,the heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly better than the control group;in the quality of nursing,in the observation group,the score of each indicator was also significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with noninvasive ventilator,implementing comfortable nursing can obtain good application effect.
