口腔科门诊伤口感染的危险因素分析与护理研究

Analysis of risk factors of prevention of wound infection and nursing research at outpatient services of department of stomatology

目的:研究口腔科门诊伤口感染的危险因素分析与护理方法。方法:2010年5月-2014年5月收治唇部手术患者110例作为观察组,对其伤口感染情况进行回顾性分析,并抽取同期未发生伤口感染的110例患者作为对照组,分析口腔科门诊伤口感染的危险因素及护理方法。结果:观察组在医护人员自我防护意识不强、环境与空气污染、操作不规范、器械消毒污染方面所占比例均明显高于对照组,经由多因素分析显示,环境与空气污染、操作不规范、无菌观念不强、医护人员自我防护意识弱、器械的消毒都是引发伤口感染的危险因素,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对造成口腔科门诊伤口感染的环境与空气污染、操作不规范、医护人员自我防护意识弱、器械消毒等危险因素,必须要做好对空气、环境以及器械的消毒工作,提高医护人员自我防护意识,加强规范操作,尽量预防伤口感染的发生。

Objective:To explore the risk factors of wound infection and nursing method at outpatient services of department of stomatology.Methods:110 patients with lip operation were selected from May 2010 to May 2014.Wound infection were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,110 patients without wound infection were selected as the control group.We analyzed risk factors of prevention of wound infection and nursing method at outpatient services of department of stomatology.Results:In the observation group,the medical staff''s weak self protective consciousness,the environment and the air pollution,nonstandard operation,instrument disinfection pollution were obviously higher than those in control group.Multivariate analysis showed that,the environment and the air pollution,nonstandard operation,weak aseptic concept,weak medical staff awareness of self-protection, sterilization of instrument were risk factors caused wound infection,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Aiming at the dangerous factors of wound infection at outpatient services of department of stomatology,such as environmental and air pollution,nonstandard operation,weak medical staff awareness of self-protection,equipment sterilization and so on.We must do a good job for air,environment and equipment disinfection,enhance the self-protection awareness of medical personnel,strengthen the norms of operation,to prevent the occurrence of wound infection.
