老年脑出血患者功能恢复中不同康复介入时间对其的影响

Research on the influence of different time of rehabilitation intervention on recovery of the function of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨老年脑出血患者功能恢复中不同康复介入时间对其的影响。方法:2013年3月-2014年3月收治老年脑出血患者82例,按照抽签法将其分为观察组与对照组,各41例,对照组在患者病情稳定1~3周后康复介入,观察组在生命体征稳定2 d左右予以康复介入,采用NIHSS(缺损程度评分量表)与BI(Barthel指数)对患者神经功能与日常生活能力予以评定。结果:介入后观察组BI分值高于对照组,且NIHSS分值明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年脑出血患者功能恢复中予以尽早的康复介入,可有效预防脑出血继发加重,使患者整体功能进一步恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of different time of rehabilitation intervention on recovery of the function of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:82 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.According to the lottery,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each group.At 1 to 3 weeks of patients with stable disease,the control group was given rehabilitation intervention.At about 2 days of patients with stable vital signs,the observation group was given rehabilitation intervention.NIHSS(damage score scale) and BI(Barthel index) were used to assess the neurological function and daily life ability of patients.Results:After the intervention,in the observation group,the score of BI was higher than that of the control group and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation intervention on recovery of the function of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively prevent aggravating secondary to cerebral hemorrhage,further recover the overall function of patients,and improve patient quality of life.
