苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗社区高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of norvasc in the treatment of community hypertension

目的:观察并分析苯磺酸氨氯地平片在社区高血压临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:2011年6月-2014年6月收治高血压患者100例,按照随机的方式将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对照组则应用缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗。治疗5周后,对比分析两组治疗有效率和治疗前后的收缩压和舒张压的变化情况。结果:治疗前两组患者的收缩压以及舒张压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的收缩压和舒张压的改善情况及治疗有效率均要显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区高血压的临床治疗中,苯磺酸氨氯地平片能够显著地缓解患者的临床症状,改善各项指标,有助于促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To observe and analyze the application value of norvasc in the clinical treatment of community hypertension. Methods:100 patients with hypertension were selected from June 2011 to June 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each according to the random method.The observation group was given norvasc drug treatment,while the control group was given Beibote treatment.After 5 weeks of treatment,the treatment effective rates and the changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment of two groups were compared and ananlyze.Results:Before treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of patients in two groups were compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the improved conditions of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the treatment effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of community hypertension,norvasc can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the indicators,and help to promote early rehabilitation of patients.
