早中期肺癌化疗和放疗的疗效对比

Curative effect comparison of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in early mid lung cancer

目的:探讨早中期肺癌化疗和放疗的效果对比。方法:2007年4月-2014年4月收治早中期肺癌患者100例,随机分为化疗组与放疗组,各50例,对两组患者的效果进行对比。结果:化疗组1年存活率52%;放疗组1年存活率68%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗组5年存活率26%,放疗组5年存活率12%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早中期肺癌患者,放疗组治疗早期临床疗效和1年后存活率均高于化疗组,化疗组5年存活率高于放疗组。故与患者病情结合,运用不同的治疗方案,可获得理想的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect comparison of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in early mid lung cancer.Methods:100patients with early mid lung cancer were selected from April 2007 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the chemotherapy group and the radiotherapy group with 50 cases in each.The effects of two groups were compared.Results:The 1year survival rate of the chemotherapy group was 52%,the 1 year survival rate of the radiotherapy group was 68%,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The 5 years survival rate of the chemotherapy group was 26%,the 5 year survival rate of the radiotherapy group was 12%,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with early mid lung cancer,the early clinical curative effect and 1 year survival rate of radiotherapy treatment are higher than those of chemotherapy,the 5 years survival rate of chemotherapy treatment is higher than that of radiotherapy.Therefore combined with the condition of patients,using different treatment schedules can obtain the ideal treatment effect.
