反复呼吸道感染患者72例病因分析与治疗

Etiology analysis and treatment of patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections in 72 cases

目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染患者病因分析与治疗方法。方法:2013年1月-2014年6月收治反复呼吸道感染患者72例,其中上呼吸道反复感染41例,下呼吸道反复感染31例,对病因进行分析。结果:上呼吸道反复感染患者病因主要有胃食管反流、慢性鼻窦炎、慢性扁桃体炎等,下呼吸道反复感染患者病因主要包括免疫缺陷病、纤毛不动综合征、气管异物、肺炎感染、哮喘、支气管及肺先天异常等。结论:对于上呼吸道反复感染患者,慢性鼻窦炎和慢性扁桃体炎是最主要的病因,而对于下呼吸道反复感染患者,免疫缺陷是最主要的病因,其次分别是纤毛不动综合征和气管异物,临床治疗时应该加强对上述疾病的防治工作,尽量避免患者的呼吸道出现反复感染的情况。

Objective:To explore the etiology analysis and treatment method of patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods:72 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections were selected from January 2013 to June 2014.41 cases were upper respiratory tract recurrent infection,31 cases were lower respiratory tract recurrent infection.The etiologies were analyzed.Results:The main etiologies of patients with upper respiratory tract recurrent infection were gastroesophageal reflux,chronic sinusitis, chronic tonsillitis.The main etiologies of patients with lower respiratory tract recurrent infection were immunodeficiency disease, immotile cilia syndrome,tracheal foreign body,pneumonia infection,asthma,bronchial and pulmonary congenital abnormalities. Conclusion:For the patients with upper respiratory tract recurrent infection,the chronic sinusitis and chronic tonsillitis are the main etiologies.For the patients with lower respiratory tract recurrent infection,the immune deficiency is the main etiology,follows by the immotile cilia syndrome and tracheal foreign body.It should strengthen the prevention and control work of disease in clinical treatment,and try to avoid respiratory tract of patients with repeated infection.
