针刺治疗偏头痛急性期临床疗效评价

Clinical curative effect evaluation of acupuncture treatment of migraine in acute stage

目的:讨论针刺治疗偏头痛急性期的临床疗效,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法:2013年4月-2014年10月收治偏头痛急性期患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组给予针刺治疗,对照组给予口服西药治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组显效41例(68.3%),有效18例(30.0%),无效1例(1.7%),总有效率98.3%;对照组显效30例(50.0%),有效13例(21.7%),无效17例(28.3%),总有效率71.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取针刺治疗偏头痛不仅可以有效缓解患者的临床表现,更可以治疗衍生出的其他病症,达到治本的目的,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of migraine in acute stage,to provide reference for future clinical treatment.Methods:120 patients with migraine in acute stage were selected from April 2013 to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The observation group was given acupuncture treatment,the control group was given oral western medicine treatment.The clinical curative effects were compared between the patients in two groups.Results:In the observation group,41 cases(68.3%) were excellent,18 cases(30%) were effective,1 case(1.7%) was invalid,the total effective rate was 98.3%.In the control group,30cases(50%) were excellent,13 cases(21.7%) were effective,17 cases(28.3%) were invalid,the total effective rate was 71.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking acupuncture treatment of migraine is not only can effectively relieve the clinical manifestations of patients,but also can treat other diseases derived,can achieve radical purpose.It can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
