两种数字胃肠机在子宫输卵管造影中的应用对比

摘要 目的:探讨飞利浦OE数字胃肠机与西门子d RF数字胃肠机在常规模式下进行子宫输卵管造影检查对摄片图像质量的影响,分析影响图像质量的原因,并进一步探讨两种数字胃肠机HSG检查对子宫、输卵管病变显示的影响。方法:A组:HSG检查240例次,选用监视设备为飞利浦OE数字胃肠机;B组:HSG检查246例次,选用监视设备为西门子d RF数字胃肠机,对A、B两组受检者采用同样的造影方法,共用1个PACS系统,并在1个电脑显示屏上对检查结果进行观察,并比较A、B两组受检者子宫造影结果、输卵管通畅度及摄片图像质量的差异。结果:A、B两组受检者子宫造影结果及输卵管通畅度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B两组摄片图像质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规模式下西门子d RF数字胃肠机进行HSG检查比飞利浦OE数字胃肠机摄片图像质量高,但两种数字胃肠机在HSG检查中皆能满足诊断要求。 Objective:To explore the influences on the radiography image quality of Philips OE digital gastrointestinal machine and Siemens d RF digital gastrointestinal machine under normal mode in hysterosalpingography examination.Methods:A group:240 cases had HSG examination,the selection of monitoring equipment was Philips OE digital gastrointestinal machine.B group:246 cases had HSG examination,the selection of monitoring equipment was Siemens d RF digital gastrointestinal machine.The subjects in A group and B group were given the same imaging method and shared a PACS system,and the inspection results were observed in a computer screen.The differences of uterine angiography results,tubal patency degrees and radiography image qualities of subjects in A group and B group were compared.Results:The uterine angiography results,tubal patency degrees of subjects in A group and B group were compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).The radiography image qualities of subjects in A group and B group were compared with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Siemens d RF digital gastrointestinal machine under normal mode for HSG examination has higher radiography image quality than that of Philips OE digital gastrointestinal machine.But the two digital gastrointestinal machine in the HSG examination can meet the requirement of diagnosis.
