乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理状况分析及护理体会

Psychological analysis and nursing experience of breast cancer patients at peri-operation period

目的:探讨乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理状况及护理经验。方法:2011年1月-2012年2月收治乳腺癌患者86例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各43例,所有患者均采用手术治疗。对照组进行常规护理,观察组给予围手术期的心理状况调查,了解患者的不良心理状况,然后根据患者的不良心理状况进行护理干预。结果:经过人性化护理管理后,疾病认知达标例数、按时复查例数明显高于对照组护理后,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者护理前焦虑和抑郁水平评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过护理后,干预组焦虑和抑郁水平评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的满意度97.7%,对照组的满意度83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理护理干预能明显提高患者的疾病认知度和患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the psychological analysis and nursing experience of breast cancer patients at peri-operation period.Methods:86 patients with breast cancer were selected from January 2011 to February 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.All the patients were treated by operation.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given psychological status investigation at peri-operation period,to understand the adverse psychological status of the patients,and they were given nursing intervention according to the bad psychological state.Results:After the humanistic nursing management,disease cognition standard cases,the number of cases with timely review were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,we compared the level of anxiety and depression score of the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after nursing,in the intervention group,the level of anxiety and depression score was significantly lower,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,degree of satisfaction was 97.7%;in the control group,the degree of satisfaction was 83.3%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the psychological nursing intervention on breast cancer patients during the peri-operation can significantly improve disease awareness and satisfaction of patients.
