目的:总结血站工作的心理护理经验,提高血站护理工作质量。方法:2013年1-6月收集无偿献血人员1 260例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各630例,对照组不进行心理护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强献血前、献血中和献血后的心理护理。结果:观察组晕厥1例,晕厥发生率0.16%,成功采血例数622例,满意624例,不满意6例,满意度99.0%,再次参与献血140例,再次献血率22.2%;对照组晕厥10例,晕厥发生率1.6%,成功采血例数605例,满意477例,不满意153例,满意度75.7%,再次参与献血22例,再次献血率3.5%。两组晕厥情况、满意度和再次献血情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强献血前、献血中和献血后的心理护理,明显提高献血员的满意度、采血成功率和再次献血率,值得血站推广。

Objective:To summarize the posychological nursing experience in blood stations work,to improve blood stations nursing work quality.Methods:1 260 cases of unpaid blood donation personnel were selected from January to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 630 cases in each.The control group was no given psychological nursing.The observation group strengthened the psychological nursing before blood donation,during blood donation,after blood donation on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,1 case was syncope,the syncope incidence rate was 0.16%,the successful blood sampling were 622 cases,624 cases were satisfactory,6 cases were not satisfied,the satisfaction was 99%,140 cases were once again to participate in blood donation,the blood donation again rates was 22.2%.In the control group,10 cases were syncope,the syncope incidence rate was 1.6%,the successful blood sampling were 605 cases,477 cases were satisfactory,153 cases were not satisfied,the satisfaction was 75.7%,22 cases were once again to participate in blood donation,the blood donation again rates was 3.5%.The syncope, satisfaction,and donate blood again of two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the psychological nursing before blood donation,during blood donation can significantly improve the satisfaction,the success rate of blood sampling and blood donation again rate of blood donors.It is worthy of promotion.
