社区慢性病防治知识培训对居民不良生活方式的影响

Influence of community chronic disease prevention knowledge training to the residents of unhealthy life style

目的:研究分析社区慢性病防治知识培训对居民不良生活方式的影响。方法:2012年10月-2014年10月进行社区慢性病防治知识培训的200名居民作为观察组,再选取同期未进行社区慢性病防治知识培训的200名居民作为对照组,对比分析两组居民的吸烟、饮酒、食盐和食用油超标率及不参加锻炼等不良生活方式的变化情况。结果:观察组居民吸烟≥10支/d,每周2次饮酒,食盐超标率,食用油超标率和不参加锻炼等不良生活方式显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区慢性病防治知识培训对居民不良生活方式具有显著的改善作用,能够有效减少居民不良生活习惯,促进居民健康,值得大力推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of community chronic disease prevention knowledge training to the residents of unhealthy life style.Methods:200 residents with community chronic disease prevention knowledge training were selected as the observation group from October 2012 to October 2014,at the same time,200 residents without community chronic disease prevention knowledge training were selected as the control group.We compared the unhealthy life style changes,such as smoking, drinking,salt and edible oil exceed the standard rate and without exercise and so on.Results:In the observation group,unhealthy lifestyle of smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day,drinking 2 times a week,exceed the standard rate of salt,exceed the standard rate of edible oil and without exercise were obviously lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community chronic disease prevention training is of great application value to the residents of the unhealthy life style.It can effectively reduce the residents of bad habits,and promote the health of residents,and it is worthy of promotion.
