摘要
随机抽取某医院2014年7-9月1 000张抗菌药物处方,对处方抗菌药物品种的使用情况进行统计,对存在的问题分析原因。结果发现抗菌药物的品种选择与医生的用药习惯以及病种有关。某医院抗菌药物还存在一些问题,希望加强医生的用药指导,促进临床合理使用抗菌药。
1 000 antibiotic prescription of a hospital from July to September in 2014 were selected randomly,and the varieties of prescription antimicrobials usage were counted up and the reason of existing problems were analyzed.The results showed that the varieties selection of antimicrobials were associated with the habits of the doctors and the diseases.Antimicrobials use in a hospital also had some problems,the doctor's medication guide should be strengthen to promote the clinical rational use of antimicrobials.
