环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in treating chronic systolic heart failure

目的:观察环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:收治慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组按常规治疗,治疗组采用常规治疗加环磷腺苷葡胺治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率及心功能指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:环磷腺苷葡胺在治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭中具有较好疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in treating chronic systolic heart failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional heart failure therapy,while the treatment group was given conventional treatment combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate.The effects of two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency and improvement of indexes of heart function were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate in treating chronic systolic heart failure was significant.
