血管扩张剂和钙通道阻滞剂治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变临床分析

Clinical analysis of vasodilator and calcium channel blocker in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨血管扩张剂和钙通道阻滞剂治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的疗效。方法:2013年7月-2014年8月收治糖尿病性周围神经病变患者60例,均分为对照组与干预组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组给予血管扩张剂和钙通道阻滞剂,15 d为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,对照组治疗的总有效率66.67%,干预组治疗的总有效率90.00%,对照组治疗的总效率明显低于干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予糖尿病性周围神经病变患者血管扩张剂和钙通道阻滞剂治疗,治疗效果较好,安全性和可靠性较高,值得推广与应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of vasodilator and calcium channel blockers in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:60 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from July 2013 to August 2014 were divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine therapy,while the patients in the intervention group were given vasodilator and calcium channel blockers,with 15 days for one course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the curative effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 66.67% and the total effective rate of the intervention group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of patients in the control group was markedly lower than that of the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vasodilator and calcium channel blocker in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy had good treatment effect and high safety and reliability,which was worthy of popularization and application.
