补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation of buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加水蛭治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:2014年1-12月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者44例,分为两组。对照组经常规西医治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤联合水蛭治疗,记录两组患者治疗前后MNCV、SNCV变化情况及临床疗效。结果:研究组临床总有效率(90.91%)显著高于对照组(临床总有效率68.18%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤加水蛭可显著提高其疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of buyang huanwu decoction combined leech in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:44 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January to December in 2014 were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine western medicine,and the research group were treated with buyang huanwu decoction combined leech on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect and the MNCV,SNCV changes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Results:The clinical total effective rate(90.91%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(clinical total effective rate 68.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang huanwu decoction combined leech on the basis of conventional treatment treating the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy could significantly improve the curative effect,which was conducive to ensuring patients’ quality of life.
