综合疗法治疗早中期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床研究

The clinical research of comprehensive therapy treatment of early stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head

目的:观察中药内服、钻孔髓芯减压手术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:收治股骨头缺血性坏死患者44例,全部采用中药内服配合钻孔髓芯减压手术治疗。结果:治愈30例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率90.9%。结论:中药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效稳定可靠,价廉实用,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese Herbs,drilling core decompression surgery for avascular necrosis.Methods:44 patients with avascular necrosis were selected.All used traditional Chinese medicine taken orally with myeloid drilling core decompression operation treatment.Results:30 cases were cured,effective in 10 cases,invalid in 4 cases,and the total efficiency was 90.9%.Conclusion:Chinese medicine for the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head is stable and reliable,cheap and practical.It is worth recommending for clinical.
