调冲汤孕前治疗对复发性流产患者生殖能力的影响研究

Study on the influence of Diao Chong soup progestational treatment on reproductive ability of patients with recurrent miscarriage

目的:研究调冲汤孕前治疗复发性流产患者的效果及其对生殖能力的影响。方法:收治复发性流产患者120例,随机分为观察组和参照组,各60例,参照组给予叶酸片及天然维生素E胶丸治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上服用调冲汤孕前治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组临床活产率(89.36%)高于参照组(67.57%),先兆流产症候评分(15.42±9.27)分,明显低于参照组的(25.02±12.37)分(P<0.05)。结论:调冲汤孕前治疗复发性流产的临床效果良好,能大大提高临床妊娠率和着床率,对提高患者的生殖能力具有十分重要意义。

Objective:To study the effect and its influence on reproductive ability of Diao Chong soup progestational treatment in patients with recurrent miscarriage.Methods:120 patients with recurrent miscarriage were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group with 60 cases in each.The reference group was given folic acid tablets and natural vitamin E soft capsules treatment.The observation group was given Diao Chong soup progestational treatment on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The clinical live birth rate(89.36%)of the observation group was higher than 67.57% of the reference group.The threatened abortion symptoms score(15.42±9.27)scores was significantly lower than(25.02±12.37) scores of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Diao Chong soup progestational treatment in recurrent miscarriage is good.It greatly improves the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate.It has very important sense to improve the reproductive ability of patients.
