髋关节置换术后脱位的中医疗法

Traditional Chinese medicine therapy of dislocation after total hip replacement

目的:探讨中医疗法治疗髋关节置换术后脱位的临床疗效。方法:收治髋关节置换术后脱位患者20例,根据不同原因的脱位采取不同的复位方法。然后将患肢放在外展20°中立位小木箱内固定。另外给予理伤消肿口服液10~20 m L/次,3次/d,连用2周,第3周开始用补肾接骨口服液10~20 m L/次,3次/d,连用2周。结果:20例患者中,优17例,良2例,尚可1例,优良率95.0%,1年后再次发生脱位2例(10.0%)。结论:中医疗法是治疗髋关节置换术后脱位的有效方法,不良反应少,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy of dislocation after total hip replacement.Methods:20 patients with dislocation after total hip replacement were selected.According to different reasons of dislocation,they were given different reset method.Then,the affected limb was fixed in abduction 20 degrees neutral a little wooden box.In addition,patients were given a Li Shang Xiao Zhong oral solution with 10 to 20 mL/time,3 times/day,for 2 weeks,at the third week,they were given Shen Jie Gu oral liquid with 10 to 20 mL/time,3 times/day,for 2 weeks.Results:In 20 cases,17 cases were excellent;2 cases were good; 1 case was fair;the excellent and good rate was 95%;1 year later,2 cases(10%) had again dislocation. Conclusion:Chinese medicine was effective for dislocation after total hip replacement;adverse reactions were few;the clinical efficacy was significant.
