对基层医院检验科做好生化质控的探析

Analysis of biochemical quality control in clinical laboratory of primary hospital

现代医疗水平的提升,使得基层医院日常诊治中检验科的地位日益突出。目前,医院检验科已广泛应用自动化科学化的生化分析仪,检验结果相对更为准确,为临床诊治提供了依据。尽管如此,基层医院检验科生化质控工作也暴露出多种问题,有些检验科达不到医院指标,检验质量低,这给基层医院带来了很大影响。文章将粗略剖析基层医院检验科存在的问题,并对生化质控提出几点控制策略。

As the ascension of modern medical level,the position of clinical laboratory in primary hospital became more important in daily diagnosis and treatment.At present,the automatic biochemical analyzer had been widely used in hospital clinical laboratory and the test results were more accurate and provided the basis information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Even so,many biochemical quality control problems also exposed in the clinical laboratory of primary hospital and some clinical laboratory did not reach the index of the hospitals and the inspection quality were low,which had great influence on the primary hospitals.The article analyzed the basic problems of hospital clinical laboratory roughly and put forward several control strategies for biochemical quality control.
