自知力与精神病患者服药依从性关系的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the relationship between insight and psychiatric medication compliance

目的:探讨自知力与精神病患者服药依从性的关系。方法:2012年11月-2014年11月收治精神病患者50例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例,试验组在常规治疗的基础上实施自知力教育,对照组只给予常规治疗,治疗前后,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)与自制力、治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)测试并评估。比较对照组与试验组的服药依从性变化、患者的自知力恢复情况与患者家属满意率。结果:治疗前试验组BPRS和ITAQ得分同对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组BPRS得分明显小于对照组(P<0.05),试验组ITAQ得分显著大于对照组(P<0.05),试验组服药依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者满意率96.0%显著优于对照组的76.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自知力教育可以提高精神病患者自知力,从而提高精神病患者服药依从性,提升患者家属满意率,为医院赢得了口碑,值得临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the relationship between insight and psychiatric medication compliance.Methods:50 psychiatric patients were selected from November 2012 to November 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The experimental group implementation of self-control education on the basis of conventional therapy,while the control group only received routine treatment.Before and after the treatment,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and self-control and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ) were tested and evaluated.Comparing with control group and experimental group medication compliance changes,the recovery of insight,the rate of satisfaction with family members.Results:Before treatment, the experimental group BPRS,ITAQ scores and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, BPRS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);experimental group ITAQ scores were significantly greater than in the control group(P<0.05);medication compliance in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group patients satisfaction rate of 96% were better than those of the control group 76%,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The insight education can improve psychiatric patients insight,so as to improve the compliance of patients with psychiatric medication,promotion of family members of patients satisfaction rate,won a reputation for the hospital,so it is worth the clinical promotion.
