平果县旧城镇2014年传染病发病情况分析

摘要 目的:探讨平果县旧城镇传染病的流行特征、规律和变化趋势,为今后制定传染病的预防控制策略提供科学的依据,以降低传染病的发病率,控制传染病的流行。方法:采用描述性流行病学分析方法对2014年平果县旧城镇报告的传染病病例特征进行分析。结果:平果县旧城镇2014年报告传染病336例,发病率686.08/10万,无甲类传染病报告;乙类传染病报告79例,丙类传染病报告257例,均无死亡。人口密集地区发病率高于人口密度小的地区。全年各月份均有发病,发病高峰在春末夏初,秋末冬初有另一次高峰。结论:传染病的发生存在明显的季节、地区、性别、年龄差异。疫情监测分析、保持室内环境的清洁、通风换气;加强对学校等场所人群呼吸道传染病防治知识的健康宣教;提高疫苗接种率,巩固免疫屏障,是重点传染病防控工作的关键。 Objective:To investigate the prevalence characteristics,characteristics and changing trend of old Pingguo County town of infectious diseases,to provide a scientific basis for the future development of infectious disease prevention and control strategies,to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and control the prevalence of infectious diseases.Methods:Using descriptive epidemiological analysis method,to analyze the infections characteristic of the old town in Pingguo County in 2014 report.Results:The old town of Pingguo County in 2014 report of infectious disease in 336 cases,the incidence rate of 686.08/10 million,no report of infectious diseases of class A;79 cases of class B infectious disease report,class C infectious disease report of 257 cases,there was no death.Densely populated areas with a high incidence than the small population density areas.Each month throughout the year,the incidence peaks in the late spring and early summer,late autumn and early winter there is another peak.Conclusion:The occurrence of infectious diseases has obvious seasonal,regional,gender,age difference;monitoring of epidemic situation analysis,maintain clean,ventilation of indoor environment;strengthening the knowledge of prevention and treatment of infectious disease of respiratory health education in schools and other places;improving the vaccination rate,improving the immune barrier.It is the key of disease prevention and control of major infectious.
