高血压患者1200例体检情况及社区干预探讨

Discussion on examination and community intervention in 1 200 patients with hypertension

目的:探讨高血压患者社区干预的效果。方法:2012年收治高血压患者1 200例,所有患者均经过健康体检。通过回顾其体检资料,分析其体检情况,并对所有患者采取多种方式进行健康教育,实施社区干预。1年后,比较干预前后患者的血压控制情况及患者生活习惯及行为的变化。结果:高血压患者在社区干预前后的收缩压、舒张压差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后患者在高血压控制率、饮酒、吸烟、规律用药、规律运动等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为高血压患者进行社区干预,可有效控制高血压疾病的高危因素,提高高血压知识知晓率,增强患者接受治疗的依从性,并将其血压控制在稳定范围内。

Objective:To explore the effect ofcommunity intervention in patients with hypertension.Methods:1 200 patients with hypertension were selected in 2012,and all patients were taken physical examination.By analyzing the physical examination data and their medical situation,took various ways of health education for all patient to implement community intervention.After 1 year,we compared the blood pressure control situation,the changes of patients’ living habits and behavior before and after interventions.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly different before and after the community intervention in patients with hypertension,P<0.05 with statistical significance.There was statistical significance of the hypertension control rate,drinking,smoking regular medication,regular exercise and other sides of patients with hypertension before and after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking community intervention for patients with hypertension can effectively control the risk factors for high blood pressure disease,improve the awareness of hypertension knowledge,enhance the compliance of patients to receive treatment and control the blood pressure in the stable range.
