首诊于急诊内科急性闭角型青光眼12例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 12 cases of first emergency medicine diagnosed acute angle-closure glaucoma

目的:探讨急性闭角型青光眼的治疗方法。方法:收治12例急性闭角型青光眼患者,进行药物治疗及眼'小梁切除术'。结果:全部病例眼痛症状完全缓解,眼压控制在11.12~14.50 mm Hg,平均(13.51±1.16)mm Hg,视力:光感-0.3。结论:应加强急诊科医生培训以及对疾病的诊断。

Objective:To discuss the acute angle-closure glaucoma treatment.Methods:12 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were selected,using drug treatment and eye 'trabeculectomy'.Results:All patients in complete remission of eye pain symptoms,intraocular pressure control in 11.12~14.50 mm Hg,mean(13.51 ± 1.16)mm Hg,visual acuity:light perception-0.3.Conclusion:We should strengthen the emergency department physician training and the diagnosis of disease.
