摘要
目的:探讨气管切开术后并发症的原因及正确处理方法。方法:对508例气管切开患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:20例患者带管出院;成功拔管出院268例;因原发病死亡209例;切开术后并发症死亡11例,其中术中死亡2例。结论:相关的操作、术后护理、套管的选择以及并发症的正确处理是手术成功的关键。
Objective:To explore the reasons and correct treatments of complications after tracheotomy.Methods:The clinical data of 508 patients with tracheotomy were summarized and analyzed.Results:20 patients were discharged with catheter.268 cases were discharged with successful extubation.209 cases were died because of the primary disease.11 cases were died because of complications after tracheotomy,among 2 cases were died during operation.Conclusion:The relevant operation,postoperative nursing,selection of casing pipe,correct treatment of complications are the keysto successful operation.
