止血带联合缩宫素在腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

Application of tourniquet combined with oxytocin in abdominal myomectomy

目的:观察止血带联合缩宫素在腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用。方法:收治行腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组给予止血带联合缩宫素治疗,对照组只给予缩宫素治疗。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后血红蛋白的变化。结果:观察组术中出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后血红蛋白下降值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止血带联合缩宫素在腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术中可显著减少出血量,缩短手术时间,降低手术难度,操作简单,经济方便。

Objective:To observe the application of tourniquet combined with oxytocin in abdominal myomectomy.Methods:84 patients with abdominal myomectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.The observation group was given tourniquet combined with oxytocin.The control group was given oxytocin.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hemoglobin changes of two groups were observed.Results:The intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hemoglobin drop-out value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tourniquet combined with oxytocin in abdominal myomectomy can significantly reduce the bleeding volume,shorten operation time,reduce the operation difficulty.The operation is simple,economical and convenient.
