Ⅲ度骨髓抑制应用益气生血疗法的效果观察

Effect observation of applying tonifying Qi and producing blood therapy in Ⅲ degree myelosuppression

目的:观察Ⅲ度骨髓抑制应用益气生血疗法的效果。方法:2013年4月-2014年11月收治恶性肿瘤患者98例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予西医支持治疗,研究组给予自拟方剂实施益气生血治疗,比较两组的骨髓抑制指标缓解情况及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果:研究组治疗后骨髓抑制指标缓解均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后生活质量评分显著改善(P<0.05),且显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅲ度骨髓抑制应用益气生血疗法可显著改善血象水平,使患者的生活质量得到显著的恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of applying tonifying Qi and producing blood therapy in Ⅲ degree myelosuppression.Methods:98 cases of tumor were selected from April 2013 to November 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 49 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine support treatment.The research group was given self-made prescription to implement tonifying Qi and producing blood therapy.The myelosuppression indexes remission condition,life quality score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The posttreatment myelosuppression indexes remission of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of the research group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and it was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying tonifying Qi and producing blood therapy in Ⅲ degree myelosuppression can significantly improve the blood level.The life quality of patients has a remarkable recovery.
