摘要
目的:探讨磁共振冠状位质子压脂序列扫描在膝关节内侧副韧带损伤中的应用价值。方法:收治膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者32例,分析冠状位质子压脂序列MRI表现及T2WI序列冠状位MRI表现,为副韧带损伤进行分级。结果:冠状位质子压脂序列扫描内侧副韧带形态异常18例,信号异常32例,股骨附着处撕脱性骨折4例,胫骨及股骨骨挫伤16例,关节内积液19例,交叉韧带损伤13例,半月板撕裂13例;T2WI序列冠状位内侧副韧带形态异常18例,信号异常23例,股骨附着处撕脱性骨4例,胫骨及股骨骨挫伤9例,关节内积液19例,交叉韧带损伤8例,半月板撕裂8例。结论:磁共振冠状位质子压脂序列扫描能很好地显示内侧副韧带损伤的异常表现,并能进行准确分级,具有很高的诊断价值。
Objective:To explore the application value of coronal scan with proton fat suppression sequence magnetic resonance in injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint.Methods:32 patients with injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint were selected.We analyzed the coronal proton fat suppression sequence MRI features and T2 WI sequence coronal MRI features,collateral ligament injury was graded.Results:In the coronal proton fat suppression sequence scanning,18 cases were morphological abnormalities of medial collateral ligament,32 cases were abnormal signals,4 cases were avulsion fracture at femoral attachment,16 cases were tibial and femoral bone contusion,19 cases were intra-articular effusion,13 cases were injury of the cruciate ligament,13 cases were meniscus tears,in the T2 WI sequence coronal scanning,18 cases were morphological abnormalities of medial collateral ligament,23 cases were abnormal signals,4 cases were avulsion fracture at femoral attachment,9 cases were tibial and femoral bone contusion,19 cases were intra-articular effusion,8 cases were injury of the cruciate ligament,8 cases were meniscus tears.Conclusion:Magnetic resonance coronal proton fat suppression sequences scanning can well display the abnormal appearance of the medial collateral ligament injury,and it can carry on the accurate classification,and it had high diagnostic value.
