比索洛尔治疗老年无症状性心肌缺血的效果分析

Therapy effect analysis of bisoprolol in the treatment of senile asymptomatic myocardial ischemia

目的:探讨比索洛尔治疗老年无症状性心肌缺血的临床效果。方法:收治老年无症状性心肌缺血患者90例,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组44例和观察组46例。对照组使用硝苯地平进行治疗,观察组使用比索洛尔进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后心肌缺血总时间的长度和心肌缺血情况发生的几率,比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果:经过治疗后,两组心肌缺血总时间的长度和心肌缺血情况发生几率等均有所改善。对照组治疗总有效率(79.55%)低于观察组(97.83%)(P<0.05)。结论:比索洛尔治疗老年无症状性心肌缺血临床效果较好,能够改善患者心肌缺血的情况,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the therapy effect of bisoprolol in the treatment of senile asymptomatic myocardial ischemia. Methods:According to the different methods of treatment,90 cases of senile patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were divided into the control group with 44 cases and the observation group with 46 cases.The control group were given nifedipine.The observation group were given bisoprolol.The total length and the occurrance of myocardial ischemia of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total length and the occurrance of myocardial ischemia of the two groups were improved.The total effective rate of the control group(79.55%) was lower than that of the observation group(97.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bisoprolol in the treatment of senile asymptomatic myocardial ischemia had better clinical effect,which could improve the myocardial ischemia condition of the patients and improve the life quality of the patients.
