大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年心肌梗死患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of high-dose atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with myocardial infarction

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗老年心肌梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:收治老年心肌梗死患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀。结果:观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、LVDD、IVST、LVMI水平均低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗老年心肌梗死患者的疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:90 cases of elderly patients with myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The two groups were given conventional treatment and the observation group were added with atorvastatin.Results:The TG,TC,LDL-C,LVDD,IVST,LVMI levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with myocardial infarction had curative effect.
