急性阑尾炎患者采用小切口阑尾切除治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect of small incision appendectomy in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis

目的:探讨小切口阑尾切除在急性阑尾炎治疗中的应用。方法:收治急性阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为对照组50例,给予传统手术治疗;研究组50例,给予小切口阑尾切除治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组手术治疗时间、住院时间、术后排气时间均明显短与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小切口阑尾切除治疗急性阑尾炎操作简便、效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the application of small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods:100 patients with acute appendicitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given traditional operation therapy,while patients in the study group were given the treatment of small incision appendectomy.Then we compared the treatment effect between two groups.Results:The operation treatment time,hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis operation has simple procedure and remarkable effect.
