上消化道出血46例胃镜治疗分析

Analysis of endoscopic treatment of 46 cases with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨胃镜在上消化道出血诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法:收治上消化道出血患者46例,采用胃镜治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:46例患者中,胃镜治疗即时止血成功率97.83%,其中1例Dieulafoy病变出血胃镜下止血失败,转外科手术。72 h内再出血3例,初次止血率91.3%。结论:胃镜是诊断治疗上消化道出血的首选方法。

Objective:To explore the application value of gastroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:46 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,and they were given endoscopic treatment.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 46 patients,immediate hemostasis rate of endoscopic treatment was 97.83%, among them,1 case of dieulafoy lesions with endoscopic hemostasis was failure,which was transferred to surgical operation.Within 72 hours,3 cases had hemorrhage again,initial hemostasis rate was 91.3% .Conclusion:Endoscopy was the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
