老年急性肠梗阻的临床特点与诊治分析

Analysis of the clinical features and treatment of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨老年急性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:收治急性肠梗阻患者58例,回顾性分析其临床资料,分析、总结老年急性肠梗阻的临床特点及诊治方法。结果:导致肠梗阻的病因主要为肠黏膜(23例)、肿瘤(16例)和腹外疝(11例)等。其中发生术后并发症20例,以水电解质紊乱(10例)、肺部感染(5例)、多器官功能衰竭(4例)为主,死亡3例。结论:围手术期的处理、选择合适手术时机及合适术式,可有效减少老年急性肠梗阻术后并发症的发生及死亡。

Objective:To explore the clinical characters and treatment of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction.Method:58 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were selected,then we analyzed their clinical data retrospectively,and summarized the clinical characteristics and therapy in elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction.Results:The main causes of intestinal obstruction is the intestinal mucosa(23 cases),tumor(16 cases) and abdominal external hernia(11 cases).There were 20 cases occurred complications after operation,including water and electrolyte disturbance(10 cases),pulmonary infection(5 cases), multiple organ failure(4 cases) and 3 cases of death.Conclusion:Giving treatment at perioperation period,and selecting the appropriate operation time and appropriate surgical method for elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality after operation effectively.
