肌间沟联合腋路法行臂丛神经阻滞的效果观察

摘要 目的:通过肌间沟联合腋路法行臂丛神经阻滞,提高臂丛阻滞的成功率。方法:收治上肢手术患者90例,随机均分为单纯肌间沟法组(A组),单纯腋路法组(B组),肌间沟联合腋路法组(C组),每组30例。A组和B组根据受伤部位单纯实施肌间沟法或腋路法阻滞,C组实施肌间沟法和腋路法联合阻滞,观察阻滞效果。结果:C组麻醉优良率(100%)明显高于A组(93.33%)和B组(93.33%)。结论:肌间沟联合腋路法行臂丛神经阻滞可以显著提高臂丛阻滞的成功率。 Objective:To block brachial plexus through interscalene and axillary approach methods,in order to improve the success rate of brachial plexus block.Methods:90 patients with upper limb operation were randomly divided into the simple interscalene group(group A),the simple axillary approach group(group B),and intramuscular combined with axillary method group(group C),with 30 cases in each group.Paitents in the group A and group B were blocked with simple implementation or simple axillary approach method according to the injured site,however.In the group C they were given the interscalene method combined with axillary approach.Then we observed the effect of those three methods in blocking.Results:The anesthesia excellent rate in the group C(100%) was significantly higher than that in the group A(93.33%) and the group B(93.33%).Conclusion:Interscalene and axillary approach method in the treatment of brachial plexus block can improve the success rate significantly.
