慢性萎缩性胃炎应用中医方案治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎应用中医方案的治疗效果。方法:依循随机平均分配原则将100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组行西药治疗,观察组行中药治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率94.0%,优于对照组的78.0%(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组无复发,对照组复发率8.0%,两组病症复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎应用中医方案治疗效果肯定。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:According to the random average allocation principle,100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given western medicine treatment;the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group 94.0% was better than that of the control group 78.0%(P<0.05).Followed up for 6 months,the observation group had no relapse;the recurrence rate of the control group was 8.0%;there was statistical significant difference of recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis had therapeutic effect.
