Evaluation of the effect of community management on 136 women with high-risk pregnancy

目的:探讨高危孕产妇社区管理的效果。方法:对136例高危孕产妇进行规范化管理作为观察组;选取同期高危孕产妇70例作为对照组,进行常规护理,对比两组孕产妇的分娩方式、不良妊娠结局发生率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组分娩方式、不良妊娠结局发生率以及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高危孕产妇实施针对性社区护理管理,能够有效地提高孕产妇的自然分娩率及护理满意度,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of community management on high-risk pregnant women.Methods:136 women with high-risk pregnancy were selected as the observation group with standardized management;while,there 70 high-risk pregnant women were selected as the control group,and they recived routine nursing,then we compared the mode of delivery,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in two groups.Results:Patients in the observation group had better mode of delivery than in the control group,in addation,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing community nursing management for high-risk pregnant women can improve the natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women effectively,and also reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
