小儿危病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预指导研究

Intervention and guide research of pediatric nursing crisis score on pediatric nursing

目的:探讨小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的指导干预作用。方法:收治危重患儿64例,随机分为观察组33例与对照组31例。对照组给予正常危重症护理,观察组先进行小儿危重病护理评分,根据具体评分情况再进行分级护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:小儿危重病护理评分分数越高其并发症发生几率越低。观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿危重病护理评分能够对患儿的病情发展有一定的预知性,以便更好地开展相应的护理措施,提高护理质量及治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the intervention and guide effect of pediatric nursing crisis score on pediatric nursing.Methods:64 cases of critically ill children were randomly divided into the observation group with 33 cases and the control group with 31 cases.The control group were given normal critical care nursing.The observation group were given pediatric nursing crisis score first,and they were given grading nursing care according to the specific grading.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The risk of complications was lower while the pediatric nursing crisis score was higher.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pediatric nursing crisis score had certain foreseeability for the patient’s illness development and the corresponding nursing measures were carried out better,so as to improve the nursing quality and therapeutic effect.
