心身护理对妇产科住院患者日常生活能力及心身状态的影响

The impact of mental nursing on patients' daily living and psychosomatic state in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

目的:探讨心身护理对妇产科住院患者日常生活能力以及心身状态的影响。方法:收治妇产科住院患者500例,观察在干预前后患者日常生活能力的改善情况、社会支持度的改善及心身状况评估情况等。结果:在护理干预前,客观评分与主观评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理干预之前相比,干预后的总分、阳性均分、躯体因子、抑郁因子、人际因子以及焦虑因子均具有明显的降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科患者进行心身护理对改善其日常生活能力与心身状态具有显著的作用。

Objective:To investigate the impact of mental nursing on patients’ daily living and psychosomatic state in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:500 patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected,then we observed the improvement on daily life ability,the social support and psychosomatic status evaluation of patients before and after the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,the difference between the subjective score and the objective score was statistically significant(P<0.05);When compared before nursing intervention,the total score and positive average were reduced obviously after the intervention,in addation,the body factor,depression factor,interpersonal factor and anxiety factor also reduced,the differences had statistical significence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving psychosomatic nursing on patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve their ability of daily life and the state of mental and physical remarkably.
