血管性痴呆患者36例的护理体会

Nursing experience of patients with vascular dementia in 36 cases

目的:探讨血管性痴呆患者的有效护理途径,改善患者预后,提高生活质量。方法:收治血管性痴呆患者36例作为护理对象,总结护理效果及体会。结果:36例患者预后状况良好,所有患者无意外伤害,无一例发生并发症。结论:积极采取科学而合理的护理途径可提高血管性痴呆患者预后状况及生活质量,对于血管性痴呆患者具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the effective nursing ways of patients with vascular dementia,to improve the prognosis of patients, to improve the life quality.Methods:36 patients with vascular dementia were selected as the objects of nursing.The nursing effect and experience were summarized.Results:The prognosis conditions of 36 patients were good.All patients had no accidental injuries.No case occurred complications.Conclusion:Actively adopting scientific and reasonable nursing ways can improve the prognosis conditions and the life quality of patients with vascular dementia.It has important significance on the patients with vascular dementia.
