为了进一步促进我国医疗事业的稳步发展,国家相关部门对医疗体制进行不断地改革。随着体制改革的深入,统计管理工作在医院运营和发展中的地位也逐渐凸显出来,其不仅是医院高层完善医院规划的重要依据,而且还可以为医院目标考核的制定提供参考。鉴于此,本文首先对我国当前医院统计管理工作开展的现状进行分析,并在此基础上探讨如何对医院统计管理工作进行完善,从而进一步促进我国医疗事业的可持续发展。

In order to promote the steady further development of medical career in our country,the related national department reformed health care system again and again.With the deepening of the reform,the statistical management in hospital operation and development also emerged gradually,which was not only important basis for the senior in hospital improving the hospital planning,but also could provide reference for the target appraisal by hospital.In view of this.In this article,the writer analyzed first the current status of statistical management work carried out in hospital in our country and explored how to improve the statistical management work in hospital on this basis,so as to promote the sustainable development of the medical career in our country further.
