目前社区卫生服务管理中实施电子健康档案信息化管理已经是社区信息化建设的重要内容,大力推进电子健康档案建设,将大大改善社区医疗服务的工作条件,有利于提高社区健康服务水平。通过回顾电子健康档案的发展历程及其在社区卫生管理中的应用现状,发现电子健康档案系统的建设在各地区发展并不平衡,在实施过程中存在各种困难,亟需各级政府进一步支持,对社区信息化建设加大投入,坚定不移地完善社区卫生改革。

At present,the community health service management in the implementation of the information management of electronic health records is an important content of community informatization construction,and vigorously promote the construction of electronic health records,will greatly improve the working conditions of community health service,to improve the service level of community health.By reviewing the course of development of electronic health records and its application statusin the community in health management,the area of construction of electronic health records system development is not balanced,and there are all kinds of difficulties in the implementation process.The government needs tofurther support,on the construction of community information to increase investment,to improve community health reform.
